Acronis Backup & Recovery 10: Limit Network Connection Speed Option Does Not Function Correctly

Symptoms

1. In Acronis Backup & Recovery 10, you set the Network connection speed option in the default or plan options;
2. You run a backup;
3. Network connection bandwidth is fully utilized during backup and does not conform to the values you allocated in the options.

Cause

This is a known issue. 

Solution

There is no solution.
